By accessing and using Axionura Leads, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Axionura Leads provides AI-powered data extraction from images, PDFs, and Excel files. The service uses advanced AI models to structure contact information into usable formats.
3. Credit System
The service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased via Razorpay and are used to unlock full extraction results and export data to Excel. Credits are tied to the user's email address and device.
4. AI Accuracy and Limitations
While we use state-of-the-art AI (including Gemini Vision), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of the extracted data. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the leads before use. Axionura is not liable for any business decisions made based on AI-generated data.
5. Data Privacy
We process your uploaded files to extract data. Files are not stored permanently on our servers. We use temporary caching to improve performance for your active session. We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the service for any illegal purposes, including the extraction of data from documents they do not have the right to process. Abuse of the service may lead to account suspension without refund.
7. Modifications
Axionura reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
