Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
Since Axionura Leads provides instant digital credits, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully processed and credits are added to your balance.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are generally not provided for digital credits once they have been used for extraction or export services. However, you may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Double payment for the same transaction.
- Technical failure where credits were deducted but the service (extraction/export) was not delivered.
- Payment was successful but credits were not added to the account within 24 hours.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@axionura.com with your transaction ID and the email address used for the purchase. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
4. Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's policy.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Used credits, promotional credits, and credits purchased more than 7 days ago are strictly non-refundable.
